Disneyland Trip 2017 - Day 1

We had planned to go to Disneyland for Spring Break earlier in the year but we found out that a lot of our favorite rides were going to be closed during that time so we decided to wait and go another time and September was the time.  It just adds to the anticipation right? :)

We drove down on Sunday and checked into "Mia's Hotel" (we've stayed at the same hotel the last 3 or 4 times we've gone to Orange County and Mia calls it her hotel...haha).  We got up early Monday and headed to the park.  We had planned to go to Disneyland the first day but changed plans when we got there and ended up going to California Adventure instead.  It was the first week of the parks being decorated for Halloween so it was fun for the kids to see it like that.  They were too little to remember Halloweentime at Disney World.

We stayed until the park closed so we were tired and hungry and ready for bed.  We grabbed some dinner on the way back to the hotel and we all crashed into bed pretty quick.  Gotta rest up for the next day.
