The kite festival is always a hit with our kids. They look forward to it all year and make sure they fill out there reading charts to be able to turn it in for a fun prize. This year they chose to get tokens to play on the bounce houses and rides. They definitely got their fill of playing. They got to go with all their cousins and grandma and grandpa Simkins which made it that much more fun.

A good time was had by all and the weather wasn't too bad either. Some years are hot and others are way windy. It was on the warm side but not terrible. We're hoping they keep it at the college again next year too..it seemed to work fairly well.
