The Blue Angels came to town again this year and even though the boys loved the show when they came a couple years ago, we decided we didn't want to pay to go sit out in the heat at the end of July in St George. But when the weekend of the show came, it was actually overcast and not terribly hot, a little humid, but not too hot. So we loaded up and drove out toward the airport...along with the rest of the town...and parked on the side of the road to watch the show. They started a little late because of lightning in the area so the kids played in the dirt alongside the road and kept themselves quite entertained waiting.

Mia didn't like the noise and screamed for the first 10 minutes of the show
so I had to put her in the van and try to distract her so we didn't
disturb the 1000 other people that was around us but it was still loud
inside so she wasn't happy. But dad and the boys were in heaven
watching these incredible pilots fly those awesome machines so close
together and do all their maneuvers.

After church on Sunday, Randy took the boys out to go watch a little bit of the show again but I stayed home with Mia so she was traumatized any further. I went outside while she slept and took a few pics of the Blue Angles flying by our house.

They definitely do a fantastic show and hopefully they come back again another time.
