Simkins Family Reunion

This years Simkins family reunion was a little different because we did it over Mother's Day weekend instead of during the summer and we just stayed close to home.  We had to rearrange the dates because Josie was due in the middle of June with Sierra and since she was so pregnant, we just rented a house in Hurricane that had room for all of us, a pool, horseshoe pit and putting green.  I hate paying money to stay 15 minutes from my house but it was fun having everyone together making memories.  We got there right after school on Friday and stayed til Sunday afternoon.  Randy & I took Alex to his baseball game Saturday morning but still made it back in time for breakfast and lots of pool time.

The weather turned out great.  We were worried that it would be too cold to swim much since it was so early in the year but it was perfect.  We all had a good time hanging out, eating yummy food, playing fun games, doing lots of swimming and making memories together.  I'm so happy to be part of this awesome family of mine!
