So for our 13th wedding anniversary, we wanted to go somewhere to a new temple. We made arrangements for the grandparents to take the kids for a couple days and we started looking for somewhere to go that had open flights. Surprisingly, there weren't many destinations with a new temple for us with open flights so we didn't have much to choose from. Billings, Montana ended up looking like our best option so we took it. Billings isn't the most exciting anniversary trip we've been on, but the flights were open, we could mark off a new temple and most importantly, we got to spend some much needed time together.
We got the boys ready and off to school Friday morning, then Randy's parents took Mia and planned to pick the boys up from school while we headed to the airport. After a lay over in Salt Lake, we got to Billings about 3:00. We checked into our hotel then headed to the temple. This was one of the few times we made it to a session without being rushed. I feel like a lot of trips we go on, we're always cutting it close to the session time and although we haven't missed one yet, it's only a matter of time. :)

| The sun was in a horrible spot so you can barely see the temple behind us |

We went to dinner after taking a few more pics after our session then went back to the hotel for the night. Saturday morning, we slept in a little then checked out and drove around the town a little bit. It didn't take real long and there wasn't really much to see. The airport is up on the ridge overlooking the city which was a nice view but that was about it.

We caught an early afternoon flight back to Salt Lake which was fun because there were 6 missionaries on their way home on our flight. One of them was from St. George so he was on our flight home as well. It was kinda fun to talk to them and see how excited they all were to get home. Once we got to St. George, we went out to dinner then spent a quiet night at home watching movies and catching up on sleep before meeting my parents in Veyo to pick up the kids. Randy's parents had dropped them off Saturday morning with Marsha and Josie who took them to Cedar for Hudson and Harper's birthday party then they went on to Enterprise with my parents for the night. We all had a good time. Happy 13th Anniversary to my hubby. I love that man more and more every day. We're all lucky to have him in our lives.
