Since the 24th was on a Wednesday this year, they did the rodeos on Thursday, Friday & Saturday. So that meant making another trip back up for the rodeo on Friday. Luke brought a couple of his horses over so that the kids could go for a ride. They had a lot of fun so thank you Luke for providing some fun entertainment...we need to do it again.

The kids probably would have rode more but it started raining a little. We had put some blankets down on the bleacher seats but decided that we'd be better off to move to the grand stands under the cover. So Marsha and I took a couple kids and went to find some seats while grandma and Ben took some other kids to go get our blankets. Before they could get back they got dumped on. They ran back to the car and were soaked. So grandma took them back to the house to get some dry clothes.

Even with a little rain, it wasn't too bad of a night. At least it wasn't hot. The kids had a good time, they just wished there was more bull riding. Mia loved watching the cows and horses too...as long as she didn't have to get on them. Ü
