Sweden & Denmark Trip (Day 4)

Sunday was our most laid back day. We slept in, took our time getting ready, then drove the 6 hours from Malmo to Stockholm. We did it all in one shot with no stops. The road took us from the southwest tip of Sweden to the central Eastern coast so we got to see quite a bit of the country. It's a very forested area and they literally clear out a road right through the trees.

We got to our hotel in Stockholm around 5:00. They told us there was a walking trail close by with some pretty views so we decided to go see what it was all about. We weren't able to go all the way to the end of the trail because it was starting to get dark but we did make it to really pretty lookout spot. It was on the edge of one of the inlets of the Baltic Sea. We took a few pics there and just enjoyed the scenery for a little while before heading back to the hotel for the night.

Our vacations are usually pretty fast-paced and just on the go all the time to try to see everything we can that we don't take time to just stop and relax sometimes. It was nice to do that for one day on this trip.
