Randy's cousin, McKell, got married the Friday before Father's Day in the Timpanogos Temple so we flew up for that and spent the weekend in Midway. We didn't have anyone to watch the kids while the adults went to the sealing so I volunteered to stay out with them. It ended up just being our kids and Randy's sister, Misty's, kids. We had fun playing games and walking around the temple grounds. It was also fun for the kids to see grandma & grandpa Ogden's 'old' house across the street from the temple. It looks like the county will be tearing the house down soon for a road-widening project so it will be sad to not have it there any more.
At the end of June, Randy found out that he was going to have to go back to working a 5-day/week work schedule instead of the 4 10's that we had gotten used to in the last 3+ years. We were pretty bummed about it because we really look forward to our 3-day weekends with our dad but we'll make this work too. So to celebrate Randy's last Monday off, we took the kids the Fiesta Fun for some mini golf. They got hooked on mini golf after we went in Myrtle Beach a couple months ago and have been begging to go again ever since. So we finally gave in.
